Nothing gives me jelly legs or an aching bum like pilates and tone on wednesday mornings! this is the class to end all classes if your looking for a firmer behind and thighs to crack walnuts between.
like my fellow bloggers i'm finding week 3 a toughy as partners are busy and christmas social activities are starting to creep their way in to my fitness routine. I am an unstoppable aerobic machine and will not let anything get in my way hehe! except the odd night out, dinner party etc.
I've been on my own fitness challenge on and off since January when I weighed about 11 stone felt tired all the time and had no energy for myself or family life. It took a good 6 months of hard work and determination before I could really look in the mirror and see how much exercise had changed my body shape.
Now i'm forever worrying that its going to go back to how it was because in my mind i'm still obsessed with comfort eating and find every single day a struggle not to constantly eat. Blogging is helping me and I have to say that if I carry on this way, a whole new wardrobe of size 10's will be on the cards... So i've gone from a 16 to size 10 in almost a year with a few gaps off here and there. I will always love food, but i'm now loving exercise even more! x

Good for you, I'm concerned about the same thing, and it's clear that the whole food thing is very deeply embedded, perhaps for both of us, perhaps for strong emotional reasons that are hard to change? I found writing about it today really helpful. You look incredibly fit and healthy, and I can see a change in you even since the start of the challenge, so many congratulations on working so hard this whole year. The key to sustainability must be allowing the good feelings from the exercise to take the place of the pseudo-good feelings from the unhealthy food, so that we gradually exchange our associations and cravings. However I don't ever want to be bullied by exercise as I have been by food, I want it to stay the joy it is at the moment, I'm having so much FUN. NO GUILT!
