Stability and stretch!

Hi everyone,
Its Thursday 12th November and i've tried something new today! yes 'pure stretch' was absolutely amazing. I usually like to jump around, get very red faced and then collapse when I get home but this was a complete workout with a diference. It was'nt by any means easy, and I found it a great challenge as i'm not the worlds best at stretching my body. I almost feel like i've had a full body massage! I thoroughly recommend this class, I loved it and it's great in combination with aerobics because you get to really relax all those tired achey muscles.

Nearly forgot to mention stability ball last night too..... I managed not to fall off this time and was able to get through without my ball rolling away! I'm on a roll.....

Will do my weigh in tomorrow!

Nina I'm so glad you enjoyed the stretch - I know it doesn't count for stamina or weight loss, but the stretching is so lovely, and of course there is strength work in there too (yes it makes your leg muscles quiver!) mixing power and stretch is my favourite thing..keep going on the challenge Nina you're doing brilliantly..LOL J x
