Last nights class was soooo good! it was really busy and the energy in the room was amazing. I can tell Jane absolutly loves it and she gave us all the best mood lifting, body busting workout we came for. Its now the final week of the blog and its been so motivational for me. I'm back into doing lots of different classes and even more importantly back into my skinny jeans... yippee
Been a bit bad on the cake side of things though, but i'm sure now i'm working so hard in the classes I CAN have my cake and eat it!
Doing Pilates and Tone wednesday
Pure Stretch thursday
Pilates on the ball friday
Funk and tone Saturday
Then i'm off out to party with a new dress on (I didn't even own one until a few months ago!)

Bootylicious
Nothing gives me jelly legs or an aching bum like pilates and tone on wednesday mornings! this is the class to end all classes if your looking for a firmer behind and thighs to crack walnuts between.
like my fellow bloggers i'm finding week 3 a toughy as partners are busy and christmas social activities are starting to creep their way in to my fitness routine. I am an unstoppable aerobic machine and will not let anything get in my way hehe! except the odd night out, dinner party etc.
I've been on my own fitness challenge on and off since January when I weighed about 11 stone felt tired all the time and had no energy for myself or family life. It took a good 6 months of hard work and determination before I could really look in the mirror and see how much exercise had changed my body shape.
Now i'm forever worrying that its going to go back to how it was because in my mind i'm still obsessed with comfort eating and find every single day a struggle not to constantly eat. Blogging is helping me and I have to say that if I carry on this way, a whole new wardrobe of size 10's will be on the cards... So i've gone from a 16 to size 10 in almost a year with a few gaps off here and there. I will always love food, but i'm now loving exercise even more! x

i've got the power!
Hi all
Its nearly the end of week 2 of our blogging and I have to say i'm feeling great! with the weather getting so dark and rainy it's been a big challenge to leave the house in the evening to exercise, and the blog your way to fitness has given me an extra push getting out the door.
Monday's class with Wendy standing in for Jane was a real eye opener for me. It showed me how used to Janes commands and directions I am as it certainly was much harder to follow with someone else leading. I worked hard and really enjoyed myself.
when each day comes I actually look forward to going to class as if I'm going to meet an old friend.... it lifts my mood dramatically and I have noticed a big improvement with mood swings and PMT.
I have done 4 varied classes this week and feel stretched, toned, fit and happy, not bad for the girl who didn't ever think she would exercise let alone make it a vital part of her life!
I have a weekend ahead of dinner parties and long lunches with friends so let see how I cope with next week!

Monday, Monday!
Having given it 110% last week and managing to lose about two and a half pounds I have woken up today feeling that somehow this weeks going to be a toughy!
I Had a great weekend and eat alot of food (stayed in a hotel with partner for his birthday) and need to get back to class to work it off again. I feel as though i'm on a constant yo yo of being so dedicated and then really bad with my diet.
I'm aiming for 3 aerobic classes this week with 'pure stretch' and 'pilates on the ball' thrown in for some strength and toning.... fingers crossed i'll make it x

Stability and stretch!
Hi everyone,
Its Thursday 12th November and i've tried something new today! yes 'pure stretch' was absolutely amazing. I usually like to jump around, get very red faced and then collapse when I get home but this was a complete workout with a diference. It was'nt by any means easy, and I found it a great challenge as i'm not the worlds best at stretching my body. I almost feel like i've had a full body massage! I thoroughly recommend this class, I loved it and it's great in combination with aerobics because you get to really relax all those tired achey muscles.
Nearly forgot to mention stability ball last night too..... I managed not to fall off this time and was able to get through without my ball rolling away! I'm on a roll.....
Will do my weigh in tomorrow!

Monday 9th November
I felt really fired up at tonights super dance aerobics, and loved every minute of the class. I've decided to go to the swiss ball class tomorrow and then again on thursday night! I sleep really badly and find it much easier after a workout so hopefully i'll get some good zzzzzz's tonight.
Roll on wednesday.....

Saturday 7th November
It's early evening and i'm all excited as i've actually made it without over eating and snacking between meals... (which is unheard of). I attended one of Janes great classes today, it was full of energy, great music and of course amazing aerobics! When I exercise, it keeps me focused and helps my will power. I am at the point in my life now where I know unless I keep this up i'm going to slip back into my old ways and have to get those size 16 jeans on again, so here goes!
I wish all the best to my fellow bloggers and look forward to seeing you all over the next few weeks..... x

About me
For me, exercise used to be something other people did, people who had the time, money and most of all the motivation to get out there and work at making a difference to how they felt about themselves. Since having my two children i've always been a good 11 stone and size 14 to 16 clothes and miserably resigned to accepting that this was how it was going to stay. I will happily eat my way through the day, all day, and use food as a huge emotional crutch to fill boredom or cheer me up. I don't know how I decided it was my time to find the old me that i'd left behind but I knew that it couldn't be about strict dieting as I would fail miserably. JCW classes have helped me lose 1 stone in weight, tone up, gain strength and control in my life. I became quite addicted for a while doing up to 6 classes every week for about 6 months. Realising I could'nt keep this up I started to miss a few and am now trying to find the right life/exersise balance. I've gained a few pounds again and need this challenge to get me back on track so I can feel fantastic again!
